Vegetarian

Today I want to let you know what got me started on being vegetarian/vegan. Don't have a lot of time, but here goes.

My best friend loaned me a book. The China Study: The Most Comprehensive Study of Nutrition Ever Conducted and the Startling Implications for Diet, Weight Loss and Long-term Health. Shew what a mouthful!

Anyway, this book explains, in very understandable terms, how a plant-based diet is EXTREMELY healthy for you!
